June's General Election saw a phenomenal result in Scotland with our party increasing its standing from just 1 parliamentary seat to 13.
One of those elected was former Royal Navy Officer, Andrew Bowie who was the first Conservative ever elected to represent the West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine Constituency. Since arriving in Westminster just months ago Andrew has become the first of his intake to be promoted to the Government benches. He was appointed as PPS within the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. Not only does Andrew have a unique perspective of what happened in Scotland earlier this year but he is most definitely 'one to watch' for the future.
We have a great speaker and a great venue, Romanby Golf Club (Yafforth Road, Northallerton, DL7 0PE) will be offering up their fantastic carvery.
Tickets are just £20 (inc 2 course carvery plus tea/coffee). Tickets can be booked by clicking 'attend this event' below.
